Varro Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, opened products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be issued at the sole discretion of Varro Labs after review.
